After having a horrible experience at a different dental office I am beyond grateful that we found My Kids Dentist. Customer service is a priority for this establishment! It starts at the front desk. Zoe will make you feel welcome and comfortable. My oldest son felt very comfortable with his orthodontist and was quick to let me know that yes this was the dentist & orthodontist that he wanted to continue to come back to. Today my youngest had his 1st visit. He's the one that was traumatized at a different establishment. He met his new dentist Grace Kim today. She was so patient with him, she allowed him to express his concerns and she explained to him what she was doing and why. She let him know that she wanted him to feel comfortable with her and he gave me a thumbs up. Her assistant was also amazing. My son was having a hard time getting his x-rays done and she would let him know that it was ok, he was doing good and that she'd wait for him to be ready. As a mom this melted my heart! I am so happy that I found the dental tribe that we belong to!

We’ve had such a great experience every time we visit this office! Lizet at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming—she makes check-in super easy and always has a smile for the kids. Very helpful when I got the appt. time wrong. Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing with little ones. Very patient, gentle, and takes the time to make sure both the kids and I feel comfortable and informed. You can really tell she cares. I’m so grateful we found a place that makes going to the dentist a positive experience for my children!
